The Swift County Sheriff's Office operates the jail from the Law Enforcement Center in Benson and is responsible for jail administration, dispatch, court security, prisoner transportation, civil process, and arrest warrants issued by the court.

Swift County Roster Fields

Swift County Jail Facilities

Swift County has one active local adult detention facility: Swift County Jail in Benson. Prairie Correctional Facility is also physically in Swift County, but it is a CoreCivic, contract-dependent medium-security facility in Appleton, not the sheriff's jail.
